CHICAGO – Roosevelt University senior guard Jason Markus (Northbrook, Ill./Glenbrook North H.S.) was named a 2016-17 Daktronics-NAIA Division II Men's Basketball Scholar-Athlete, the NAIA announced on Monday, March 13.
Markus earned the designation for his academic excellence for the second straight season, becoming one of 175 honorees in the sport of men's basketball to garner the distinction this year.
