Lockport, Ill. - The Roosevelt men's tennis team saw its 2012 season come to an end on Tuesday afternoon with a 9-0 loss to St. Francis (Ill.) in the opening round of the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament at Challenge Fitness Tennis Courts.

The Lakers finish the year at 0-12, while the Fighting Saints (7-16) advance to meet Judson in the CCAC Tournament semifinals on Friday afternoon.

St. Francis (Ill.) jumped out early on Roosevelt by taking both of the double matches that were contested. The Fighting Saints then won all of the singles matches in straight sets to advance in the tournament.
