Fitness Center Workout Sample
Dance Studio Reservations
Please contact Kelly Fitzgerald (email@example.com) to make reservations to use the Fitness Center dance studio. This is the only method to make dance studio reservations; reservations cannot be made at the front desk.
All participants and instructors using the dance studio must be Roosevelt students or employees.Users will have to show a Roosevelt ID and sign in at the front desk.
You can only reserve the dance studio during regular fitness center hours (see above).
The dance studio is closed every Tuesday/Thursday from 4:15pm-5:30pm due to fitness classes.
Roosevelt Health & Wellness Lunch Breaks
Individual health and wellness combines physical, emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, occupational and environmental well-being. We want to provide information so you can improve your overall quality of life. To do this you need to be informed and exposed to different methods of caring for your mind and body.
Roosevelt University Health and Wellness Lunch Breaks are free programs that allow Roosevelt students, faculty and staff to spend their lunch hour learning about the latest health trends from health and exercise experts so that they can be informed on various topics related to their own health and wellness.
All Lunch Break lectures start at 12:15 p.m. and last until 1 p.m. Lunch Breaks are held in the Goodman Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch to the lectures.
