CHICAGO – Roosevelt University head baseball coach Steve Marchi and his staff continued to strengthen their 2013 recruiting haul with the announcement that infielder Thomas Smith (Lockport, Ill./Lockport Township H.S.) signed to play for the Lakers beginning next spring.
